Who it is for

Trades, clinics, shops, studios and schools.

Trades and home services

Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical. When something breaks they search, they call, and the first one to answer gets the job.

Clinics and practices

Dental, chiro, vet, physio. Booking, location and reviews up front, so the new patient books while you are still with the last one.

Shops, studios and schools

Auto repair, salons, gyms, academies. People find you on Facebook and then call the one with a real website. Be that one.

How it works
  1. 01

    A short call

What you do, who calls you, and what the site has to make happen. Twenty minutes.

  2. 02

    We build it

Copy, design and code. You see it before it goes live. Day 14: launch.

  3. 03

    It goes to work

Live on your domain, connected to Google, with a dashboard that shows visits, calls and messages every month.

Pretty is not the same as fast

Anyone can build you a nice-looking website.

The question is what happens after it launches. A site people wait for is a site people leave, and Google measures the waiting.

What is actually measured

A tenth of a second is worth about 3.5%

Across actively selling stores in early 2026, every 100 milliseconds of extra load time tracked with roughly 3.5% lower conversion.

Where most sites end up

Measured across millions of real websites, WordPress sites pass Google’s Core Web Vitals about 49% of the time. The best-performing platforms pass 79–85%. That gap is not really about WordPress — it is about what gets stacked on top of it: page builders, plugin sprawl, a theme nobody trimmed. We do not build that way, so there is nothing to trim.

The number, in writing

Google draws the line at 2.5 seconds. We build under it.

“To provide a good user experience, sites should strive to have Largest Contentful Paint of 2.5 seconds or less. To ensure you’re hitting this target for most of your users, a good threshold to measure is the 75th percentile of page loads, segmented across mobile and desktop devices.”

Google — web.dev, “Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)”, updated 4 September 2025 (opens in a new tab)

It goes in your contract. On launch day we run your site through PageSpeed Insights on mobile — Google’s tool, free, the same one you’re about to run on us. Largest Contentful Paint comes in at 2.5 seconds or less. If it doesn’t, we fix it on our clock, not yours.

This page, measured

PageSpeed Insights, mobile, 19 September 2026: 99, with Largest Contentful Paint at 1.5 seconds. Desktop: 100, at 0.4. Google’s line is 2.5. Go check. It takes a minute.

What this does not cover

  • Google’s official number comes from real visitors, at the 75th percentile, and that needs about a month of traffic. A brand-new site doesn’t have it yet. So launch day is the lab test, and we run the real one with you once people are actually showing up.
  • Add a chat widget, a booking popup or a tracking pixel after handover and the number moves. That’s your call, not ours, and it sits outside the promise. We’ll tell you what each one costs you in seconds before you add it.
Do not take our word for it

Test us. Then test the last three people who quoted you.

PageSpeed Insights is free, it is Google’s own tool, and it takes about a minute. Paste this site into it. Then paste the site of every agency that has sent you a proposal. You will learn more in three minutes than from any sales call — including ours.

Open PageSpeed Insights (opens in a new tab)

We publish this because we are confident in the result, not because the test is easy. Ask any agency why their own website is slow and watch what happens.

Questions

How fast does a Maxpec website load?

Every Maxpec website is built to load in 2.5 seconds or less on mobile, measured as Largest Contentful Paint in Google PageSpeed Insights on the day it launches. 2.5 seconds is Google’s own threshold for a good score. Maxpec’s websites page measured 1.5 seconds on mobile and 0.4 seconds on desktop on 19 September 2026. If a client site does not come in under 2.5 seconds at launch, Maxpec keeps working on it at no extra charge until it does.

How long does a Maxpec website take to build?

Fourteen days from the first call. Maxpec builds custom-coded websites for contractors, clinics, shops, studios and schools in the United States and Mexico. If the site is not live on day fourteen, Maxpec keeps working at no charge until it is.

Do you own the website Maxpec builds for you?

Yes. The domain, the code, the analytics accounts and the Google Business Profile are in the client’s name from day one. A Maxpec website costs $997 to build and $197 a month, month to month, and the client keeps all of it if they leave.

What you don't get, and why.

No CRM, no follow-up system, no ads. Those are Presence and Growth. Website clients get a 30-day trial of the follow-up system at launch, and everything you paid for the build is credited against implementation if you upgrade within 90 days.
