Terms of use
These terms cover this website and the services we sell. If we send you a written agreement, that agreement wins if anything conflicts.
Scope of services
Grupo Viadovela S. de R.L. de C.V. operates maxpec.digital and verynice.website under the Maxpec brand. We provide the digital marketing retainers and website work described on this site. The package, deliverables and term that apply to you are the ones in the written agreement we send. Submitting the contact form is a request for a conversation, not a contract.
Prices
Prices are those on the current published tiers at /en/pricing and /en/websites (English, USD) or /es/pricing and /es/websites (Spanish, MXN plus IVA). The two lists are separate, not conversions of each other. A written quote confirms the price before work starts.
Payment
Fees are due as stated on the invoice and in the written agreement. Work starts when the first payment clears. English-language work is billed in USD; Spanish-language work is billed in MXN plus IVA.
What you own
You own your domain, your website, your data and your Google Business Profile. We administer them for you while we work together; we do not hold them hostage. Ad accounts and CRM records built for you are yours. Text, design, photographs, the Maxpec name and the Max mark on this site are ours or used with permission — you may link to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution, but do not copy the design, the photographs or the logo.
Cancellation
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, either of us can end the work by written notice. You keep what you already own. We stop on the date the notice takes effect. Fees already paid for work delivered are not refundable; we do not bill after the end date.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. Results on the Work page are published with the client’s permission and show percentages only — they are not a promise of what your business will do. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or other indirect loss arising from using the site or from the services, beyond the fees you paid us for the period in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with jurisdiction in the courts of Mérida, Yucatán, without prejudice to consumer protections that apply where you live.
