Privacy and cookies
Short version: we collect what you type into the contact form so we can reply, one cookie that remembers your language, and anonymous traffic counts. We do not sell data. Here is the long version.
Who is responsible
Grupo Viadovela S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Maxpec”, “we”), Mérida, Yucatán, México, is responsible for the personal data handled through maxpec.digital and verynice.website. Questions and requests: [email protected].
What the contact form collects
Name, business name, phone, email, the category and service you pick, and your message. The form also records the language of the page you submitted from (en or es) and the page path as the source.
If you write to us instead, we keep that correspondence. We do not ask for payment-card numbers, government IDs or other sensitive data on this site.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to prepare the free diagnosis, and, if you become a client, to deliver the service and invoice it. Submitting the form is a request for a conversation, not a contract.

Contact requests are posted as JSON to our customer-relationship system, GoHighLevel, which processes the data in the United States. The site is served by Cloudflare (global network). We do not share personal data with anyone else, and we do not sell it. We may disclose it if the law obliges us to.
How long we keep it
Contact requests that do not become a client relationship are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period the tax law of the relevant country requires (five years in Mexico).
How to request deletion
Write to [email protected] from the address you used with us and say you want the data deleted. We answer within twenty business days. You can also ask to see, correct or export what we hold, or object to how we use it, by the same route.
Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have the rights those laws grant, exercised the same way. Residents of Mexico have ARCO rights under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares; the Spanish notice at /es/privacidad is the document that applies to them.
Cookies and analytics
Language cookie: a single first-party cookie named vn_locale (value “en” or “es”, one year) so the home page opens in the language you chose last time. It contains nothing else.
Traffic measurement: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without storing personal data. Your IP address passes through Cloudflare’s network to deliver the site and protect it; Cloudflare processes it under its own privacy policy. We do not load Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or other advertising pixels on this site.
Children
The site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen.
Changes
If we change this notice we update the date at the top. Substantive changes are announced on this page for thirty days.
